I had to make a women gift for a party. I wanted something they could be proud of and so could I. I love this. I even saved some wood so I can make me one. I will be putting it on my mantel!

Tea Light Candle Covers
My grandmother wanted me to fix her some candle covers for Christmas. This is what I came up with. At first I was going to make it where she could take the lid off the top and turn out the candle light, but I did not want it to be so complicated. It took me a bit, but I love how it turned out. I cut a circle out of the bottom so all she has to do is pick the cover up and turn the candle out!! She loved them!
My Angel Gabryel
I wanted to start a family tradition event for Christmas. I made an advent calendar and each day you open and learn what Christmas is really all about. The first day we learned about the angel Gabriel. My son's name is also Gabryel. I had to make him some angel wings. We had a blast. I know he will be looking forward to it next year. I simply made the wings out of paper (mine where plastic) plates. I do not think it matters. Then I glued ribbon to the back. Very simple!

Christmas Card Wreath
My mother's birthday was November 11. I made her this since Christmas was coming up. Now it is almost here. She loved it and so do I!

Fall Wreath
I simply used the foam wreath that I used for the candy corn wreath. All the candy had melted and was bad so I took it off. I wrapped green yarn around the foam and attached my little man on there. I got it from Dirt Cheap for 10 cents! You sure cannot beat that.

I saw this idea on a blog and fell in love. I done mine a bit different though. I choose to paint mine black. I also added some fabric flowers and ribbon. It looks wonderful!!
